With our love for rich freshly-brewed coffee, we set out to find a locally roasted and ground coffee that we could enjoy and sell in our shop. Imagine our shock and horror when we found we'd have to travel deep into the metroplex to find a freshly roasted coffee bean!

In need of our coffee fix, it became quite apparent that we'd need to take matters into our own hands and quickly. So, we set out to bring freshly roasted and ground coffees into the more rural areas of North Central Texas...and beyond.

Since we've started roasting, we've met so many new friends and fans of our beans. We are truly grateful and appreciate those who love our coffees and sing their praises far and wide.
